What is the usual turnaround time for a press release?
We aim to have your press release written within 48 hours of placing your order, often sooner. Once approved, we submit it through our syndication channels and to our direct media contacts. It can then take another 24–48 hours to go live, depending on the outlet. We'll keep you in the loop throughout.
Do I get to see the press release before you distribute it?
Yes. We won't send your press release to the distribution team until you've approved it. We're not satisfied until you are. We'll keep working until you have a release you're proud of.
Do I get a report?
Yes. You will receive a comprehensive report with direct links to your release on various news websites.
Can I supply a pre-written press release?
Yes, but since we partner with professional news organizations we must adhere to strict editorial guidelines. We prefer to write your story so we can get the best results from it and ensure it's accepted across our entire network. If you send us a release that doesn't meet our guidelines, it will add delays to your order.

How many backlinks and how much traffic will I get?
There's no way to predict an exact number. Every release lands differently depending on your niche, keywords, and what's trending. That said, most clients see 350–450 placements, and Yahoo Finance, Google News, and Digital Journal are standard destinations.
Can I edit or delete my press release after it's been published?
No. Once your release enters the syndication network, it's out of our hands. It gets picked up and republished across hundreds of outlets. This is why we go through everything with you before submitting. Make sure all details, names, URLs, and facts are correct before giving your approval.
How long do I have to use my packages?
Distribution costs change over time, so we ask that credits are used within 6 months of purchase. After that, they expire.
