Clearwater, FL / Sunrise Capital Investors LLC (“Sunrise Capital”), nationally known for its excellence in mobile home park and parking lot investing, celebrated the $16,390,000 acquisition of Ridgebrook Hills Mobile Home Community (“Ridgebrook”) in Fort Wayne, IN in December, 2023.
This 738-unit asset is the first acquisition in Sunrise Capital’s Growth and Income Fund 4, opened in November of last year. Ridgebrook is a highly-strategic acquisition, chosen for its attractive size, proximity to excellent, institutionally-owned properties, and the strength of the growing Fort Wayne market.
